Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our client base. In this commission-based role, you will generate qualified leads for our sales team by scheduling appointments with business owners. This is an independent contractor (1099) position offering a flexible work environment with the potential for lifetime residual income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to business owners/decision-makers to gather information about their current payment processing services, including satisfaction with hardware/software, rates, and funds transfer speed.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team by getting business owners to agree to meet with us, providing specific details for the appointment.
  • Follow-Up: Keep track of leads and ensure all scheduled appointments are input into the system and the sales team is notified accordingly.
  • Track and Input Leads: Enter lead details into our system, ensuring accurate data is provided for follow-up and conversion by the sales team.

Compensation Details:

  • Initial Lead Payment: Earn $25-$50 per qualified lead for each scheduled appointment where the business owner shows up and meets with the sales team.
  • Sales Commission: If the sales team successfully closes a deal from your lead, you will receive an additional $100 commission, paid weekly.
  • Residual Income: Receive 10% of the profits generated from each customer for the lifetime of their account, paid monthly on the 25th. This residual income continues as long as the customer remains with us.
  • Weekly Payments: Both lead generation payments and sales commissions are paid out weekly every Friday.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Self-Starter: You are motivated, persistent, and able to work independently. You’re comfortable making outbound calls to business owners and can handle rejection with confidence.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You can clearly explain the benefits of working with us and schedule appointments with decision-makers.
  • Sales Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus but not required. Full training is provided.
