Position Overview:

As a Recruiter for Valued Merchant Services, you will play a key role in expanding our sales team by recruiting motivated individuals. This is a commission-only, independent contractor (1099) position with the opportunity to earn lifetime residual income from the sales made by the agents you recruit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Reach out to candidates actively seeking new opportunities through major job boards like ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and Indeed. Confirm their interest in a commission-based compensation plan with lifetime residual income.
• Sales Support: Provide information to new recruits about our company, products, services, and our competitive advantages. Guide them through the training and onboarding process.
• Lifetime Residual Income: For each sale made by your recruits, you’ll earn 10% of the profits generated by the customers they bring on board. Residual income is paid monthly, on the 25th of each month, for the lifetime of the customer.
• Weekly Commissions: Receive a one-time $50 commission for each recruit that officially joins our team and a $100 commission when they make their first sale. Both commissions are paid weekly.
• Ongoing Training & Support: Participate in comprehensive training including live and recorded Zoom sessions, online video courses, and one-on-one phone training. Use the materials and resources provided to support your success.

Compensation Details:

• Residual Income: Earn 10% of the profits from each sale made by the recruits you bring on board, paid monthly for the lifetime of the customer.
• Recruitment Commissions: $50 for each candidate you successfully recruit (paid immediately once they complete their DocuSign agreement). $100 for each successful sale made by your recruits (paid weekly).
• Commission-Only: This is an independent contractor (1099) position, so there is no salary, hourly wage, or benefits. All compensation is commission-based.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Motivated and self-driven individuals who are comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for recruiting and sales.
• Ability to work independently, set goals, and manage your time effectively.
• Previous experience in sales or recruitment is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
