Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This commission-based position offers the opportunity to earn significant income through a combination of upfront commissions and lifetime residual income. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new merchant accounts and nurturing ongoing relationships with your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients (small businesses) within your designated market, including your personal network, local businesses, and cold market prospects.
  • Needs Analysis: Have casual, consultative conversations with business owners to understand their current payment processing needs and pain points.
  • Presentation & Proposal: Present a tailored quote and comparison based on the prospect’s existing payment processor to highlight the benefits of our services.
  • Closing Sales: Close the sale by guiding the business owner through the sign-up process, securing their commitment to use our services.
  • Follow-Up: Engage in follow-up meetings to close deals, address concerns, and ensure a smooth transition to our services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure ongoing satisfaction and foster opportunities for additional services.

Compensation Plan:

  • Upfront Commissions: Earn between $100 - $700 for each merchant account that is activated (depending on the size of the account).
  • Lifetime Residual Income: Receive 50% or more of the profits generated by each customer for the lifetime of the account, paid monthly on the 25th. Residual income can range from $100 - $1000 or more per month per merchant.
  • First-Step Commission: Earn up to $50 for completing the first step in the sales process, which involves presenting a quote to the prospect, even if the sale is not closed immediately.
  • Sales Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses for meeting sales targets, such as:
  • $500 for signing 5 new accounts per month
  • $1250 for signing 10 new accounts
  • $2000 for signing 15+ new accounts
  • $3000 for signing 20+ new accounts
  • Plus various other incentives for high performance.
  • Weekly Pay: All commissions (including first-step and activated account commissions) are paid weekly on Fridays.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Self-Motivated: You are driven, persistent, and capable of working independently to generate sales and manage your pipeline.
  • Strong Communicator: You are able to build rapport with business owners, understand their needs, and clearly present solutions.
  • Sales Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in sales, particularly in B2B or merchant services, is a plus but not required.
  • Goal-Oriented: You are highly motivated by both upfront commissions and long-term, passive residual income.
